Charlotte Winchester

Charlotte qualified as a solicitor in 2002  and joined MCP in 2003.Since then she has worked exclusively in criminal defence.

Charlotte is a duty solicitor and undertakes regular appearances before the Magistrates' Court covering a wide variety of cases. She has a particular expertise in Youth Court work and has established an enviable following. Charlotte also works in the preparation of a large number of Crown Court cases and has experience and expertise in complex cases including murder and manslaughter cases as well as serious sexual offences.

Charlotte is described in The Legal 500 2022 as " a highly experienced solicitor in this area and experienced in heavy cases ranging from murder to fraud"
