Kate joined MCP in 2016 before taking a break to enjoy a career in fashion. When she returned to MCP in 2019 she joined the the Criminal Law Department where she trained exclusively before qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2024.
Kate deals with all aspects of criminal defence law, from attending to represent clients at the Police Station, to preparing for trial in both Magistrates and Crown Courts. Kate has particular experience in dealing with cases arising from a domestic setting, including controlling and coercive behaviour and assault and serious sexual offences.
