Kate D'Aloia

Chartered Legal Executive

Kate joined MCP in 2016 before taking a break to enjoy a career in fashion. When she returned to MCP in 2019 she joined the the Criminal Law Department where she  trained exclusively before qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2024.

Kate deals with all aspects of criminal defence law, from attending to represent clients at the Police Station, to preparing for trial in both Magistrates and Crown Courts. Kate has particular experience in dealing with cases arising from a domestic setting, including controlling and coercive behaviour and assault and serious sexual offences.

Prior to joining MCP Kate obtained a degree in English Literature and History at the University of Leeds. Whilst studying she undertook voluntary work as a case worker at a charity providing free legal advice in Human Rights matters.

Away from the office, Kate enjoys running and cooking and is an avid reader.
